Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our construction sites. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating with technical teams and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage schedules, resources, and workforce efficiently.
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure all technical drawings and plans are correctly implemented.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction supervision (minimum 3 years).
- Technical knowledge of building processes, machinery, and materials.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid construction-related certifications preferred.
