Assembly Mechanic

East West Bridge is seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Mechanic to join our growing team! As an Assembly Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality assembly of various mechanical components and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble a wide range of mechanical parts and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and ensure quality control.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify assembly issues.
• Conduct functional tests on assembled units and rectify any identified problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records.
• May operate basic power tools and machinery as required.
• Contribute to a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Assembly Mechanic or similar role.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite or similar software (a plus).
