CNC Operator

East West Bridge is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our growing team!

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines used in the manufacturing process. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of machined parts, while meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints, specifications, and programs.
• Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures.
• Load and unload raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machines.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in machining or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
• Proficient in basic math and geometry.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (may be required).
