East West Bridge is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder (TIG/MIG/MAG) to join our team!
About the Role:
As a Welder (TIG/MIG/MAG), you will be responsible for joining and fabricating metal components using various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and MAG. You will work on a variety of projects across different industries, ensuring high-quality welds that meet strict specifications. This role requires a strong work ethic, precision, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate TIG, MIG, and MAG welding equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures
- Select the appropriate welding process and filler metal for the job
- Prepare and clean metal surfaces prior to welding
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Perform welds that meet or exceed quality standards
- Inspect welds for defects and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Welder (TIG/MIG/MAG)
- Strong understanding of welding principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Previous experience in [Specific industries relevant to your clients] a plus
