East West Bridge is seeking a motivated and reliable Production Employee to join our growing team!
About the Role:
As a Production Employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. This may include tasks such as assembling products, packaging finished goods, and operating CNC machines or other specialized equipment.
Maintaining a high level of quality control. You will be responsible for inspecting products for defects and ensuring that they meet all required specifications.
Keeping the work area clean and organized. This includes maintaining proper safety protocols and following housekeeping procedures.
Working effectively as part of a team. You will be collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Following all company policies and procedures. This includes adhering to safety regulations, dress code guidelines, and attendance policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
- Ability to learn new tasks and procedures quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically able to perform the required tasks, which may include lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating machinery.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights if necessary.
